Sphere reserves the right to allow certain advertisers to display commercial advertising on the Site. This advertising is not under the control of Sphere and advertisers may use cookies to target the advertising displayed. Advertisers' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not this policy.

The data is kept by Sphere in Quebec on servers equipped with secure systems, protected against access by unauthorized persons and malicious use. Only persons (employees or agents) who need to have access to the information as part of their duties have access to it.

The Site may include links to sites operated by third parties. By clicking on these links, you are leaving the Site. Sphere has no control over these sites and the fact that they are listed on the Site does not engage the responsibility of Sphere.
