Welcome to the website of Sphere Media Inc., Sphere Animation Inc. and Sphere Riley Rocket Inc. (hereinafter “Sphere” or “we”). Please read the following terms of use carefully, as your visit to and use of this website (the “Site”) is governed by them.
By using the Site, you (hereinafter "you" or the "User") certify that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use. If you refuse the terms of use, we invite you to leave the Site.
Limit of liability
The User assumes the risks of using the Site. To the extent permitted by law, Sphere makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the reliability or accuracy of the information contained on the Site. The User releases Sphere, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability related to any damage or prejudice whatsoever resulting from the use and/or performance of the Site by the User or related the malfunction of any computer component, any software or any faulty or incomplete data transmission. In no way does Sphere guarantee that the Site will be accessible or functional without interruption and that its content is free from any error, virus, defect, harmful element or other materially damaging component.
Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and pay, as well as defend and hold harmless Sphere, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any loss, damage, expense, expense, liability, claim, legal costs, judicial and extrajudicial fees arising out of or arising out of the breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and/or the warranties contained herein.

Service outage
Sphere takes reasonable steps to maintain the proper functioning of the Site and to avoid any inconvenience to the User so that his navigation on the Site is as good as possible. However, it may happen that an interruption of services or an impromptu event occurs beyond the control of Sphere. The User acknowledges and accepts that the Site may be interrupted or inaccessible temporarily or permanently from time to time. Sphere is not responsible for any data lost by the User during any interruption of service on the Site.

Sphere recognizes and respects the importance of User privacy. With this in mind, a privacy policy has been put in place and can be consulted at the following address: Privacy Policy. The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms of use.
Hyperlinks
Sphere's prior written approval is required in order to link or associate with the Site. Sphere reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this permission at any time in its sole discretion.
Use of the Site
It is strictly forbidden to use the Site for illegal purposes or in a way that could be harmful to Sphere, to the proper functioning of the Site or to be conducive to infringing the rights of third parties, in particular:

Invalid clause
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is declared void, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision will be severed from these Terms of Use and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the Canadian laws applicable to this province.
